We manufacture high-precision PTFE Piston Rings for reciprocating air and gas compressors, designed to provide efficient sealing between the piston and cylinder while maintaining low friction and long service life. Our piston rings are produced from filled PTFE grades, including glass-filled PTFE, carbon-filled PTFE, bronze-filled PTFE and other engineered compounds selected to withstand high pressures, elevated temperatures, and demanding gas environments. These materials offer excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and superior wear performance. We manufacture a wide range of designs, including Angle Cut, Scarf Cut, Butt Cut, Step Cut, Tangent Cut, Segmented / Multi-Piece & Pressure-Loaded Piston Rings.
